One of the largest pension fund administrators in the country has been a partner of Stratec for two years. Petros uses the “Strategic Management” software and has been reaping good results. The data planning and analysis work has been facilitated by the program.
The differentiator of the “Strategic Management” software developed by Stratec has garnered many success stories of collaboration with the administrative policies of companies from the most diverse areas of activity. And one of the good partnership cases with Stratec is Petros – Petrobras Social Security Foundation. Founded in 1970, the institution was a pioneer in the Brazilian complementary pension market and is one of the largest pension funds in the country.
Initially, Petros was created to exclusively manage the pension fund for Petrobrás employees, but today it develops, implements, and manages supplementary pension plans for public and private companies and entities. There are approximately 145,000 participants and 152 associated companies and entities, totaling assets exceeding 55 billion reais.
To manage this complex system, Petros began using Stratec's strategic management software two years ago. The operational gains from adopting the tool were significant, according to those in the Planning department. “Stratec provided us with a program that made a big difference. It's suitable for our working platform, and therefore, it greatly speeds up and facilitates our results tracking and strategic decisions,” mentions planning analyst Pedro Henrique Oliveira.
For Leandro Emygdio de Negreiros, who holds the same position at Petros, “the system allows for agile and easy exchange of management reports and data, and it does not present operational problems. It fully meets our needs and has always worked satisfactorily.” To further highlight the good partnership between the Foundation and Stratec, systems analyst Maria D’Assunção Venâncio comments: “and besides the software being very operational and facilitating internal processes, we also have excellent support from Stratec. The relationship is great, and the support provided leaves us very satisfied.”.
