Actio’s complete Strategy Management add another functionality to your system. Now, users will be able to use the monitoring report in a more dynamic and personalized way, with the option to select which indicators they will generate progress reports or not.
The change was suggested by the management team of PESA, a company that resells and rents out Caterpillar heavy machinery in the southern region of Brazil, represented by Cristina Deguchi, Planning and Management Supervisor. “Actually, we had already implemented the monitoring routine with another software, and when we switched to Stratec's software, some functionalities we had in the other software were essential for us to continue with the monitoring routine. (We had a financial report that was monitored by departments. And our monitoring routine doesn't happen for everyone." indicators. We have various categories of indicators being monitored by complete, ”However, not all of them are analyzed in the monthly routine. So we needed Stratec to give us the option to choose which indicators we wanted to generate a monitoring report for," says Cristina.
Bruno Altoé, regional account manager at Stratec, explains that previously, users would define in the settings which beacon would direct the monitoring report. “PESA's suggestion for improvement was to be able to choose which indicator would generate the report or not, because before it was defined for the entire base. Now it can be chosen individually,” he states. He further adds that today, the user, in addition to being able to choose the indicator that will generate the report, also decides which of them will generate an email to those responsible.
Cristina says that after this move, the complete was effectively distributed to the company's managers. “As soon as we had the change, we started giving managers access to do the analysis. Until then, we had held back access so as not to confuse them,” she says. The software has been in use at PESA since March and according to Cristina, they have suggestions for further customizations. Cristina is in constant contact with the Stratec team to make the software more and more adapted to the organization. “There are other suggestions that we still want to implement in the software, for example, the emails sent automatically arrived in the inbox with the sender ‘alert’ and we asked to change it to ‘PESA Management’,” she says. Cristina also adds that some of the features of Stratec's software were different from the software they were using before, but because they offered a good alternative, they were able to adapt to the new function. However, in the case of the follow-up report, it was necessary to change in order to facilitate PESA's internal process.
Altoé states that there are other new features in the software, such as the option for the report to only be considered complete after an action is created in the action plan. “This way, it will be indicated in any search filter and shows that that traffic light had a filled-out report that month,” he explains. Furthermore, when you access the action plan through the tracking report, you choose whether the action is preventive or corrective, in order to qualify it. “In the past, there were four fields to fill out the report, where the user entered information about what was planned and what had already been done. Now, everything doesn't need to be in the same field; it's possible to create sub-items,” he reveals.

And the new features keep coming. Neidson Silva, coordinator of support and homologation at Stratec, also adds that another new feature is the option to indicate on the dashboard that the progress report has been filled out, thus making its completion more evident to the manager. “We also created an option to only consider that the progress report has been registered if there is a registered proposal.” And the best part: these two options above are configured in the system, so the client chooses whether or not to use them.
Cristina praises the system's customization: “They are simple changes, but essential for our management; otherwise, it would generate unnecessary manual work for the strategic management team,” she says.
