In the role of modern corporate governance, one of the foundations of best management practices is the concept of accountability. Commonly translated to Portuguese as accountability, the term refers to the fundamental role of clear attribution of responsibilities in the context of strategic planning, as well as the linkage of these activities to the Desired outcome by the organization.
