The constant concern with the best customer service and the philosophy of innovation present in Stratec's activities are factors that motivated the development of two other functionalities recently added to Gestão Estratégica (GE). The pre-programmed sending of reports and the offline report are already available to software users.
Neidson Andrade Silva, a member of Stratec's development and approval team, explains the last function mentioned. According to him, the fact that GE is fully used online makes the tool very functional, but also requires an internet connection, which limited access to the software in certain situations. “With the offline report, the user selects information to generate a version of the software that simulates network navigation and can be accessed offline and from anywhere,” says Neidson.
“This type of offline access to information solves a problem faced by some clients when the internet is unavailable. We had reports of this difficulty in cases of meetings or presentations at conventions, for example,” adds Guilherme Barbassa, executive director of Stratec.
It is also the company executive who mentions the advantages of another new feature added to GE: pre-programmed report delivery. The functionality allows surveys generated from Strategic Management to be automatically converted into reports, according to information and frequency defined by the user, and sent by email. “A sales manager, for example, can receive a weekly report on the team's performance; saving time and operational effort. And several reports can be generated with different themes and delivery deadlines. It is a solution that reduces the manager's proactivity requirement, greatly facilitating the routine of monitoring activities present in the strategic planning,” states Guilherme Barbassa.
Finally, the CEO of Stratec analyzes that it is interesting to observe the two-way path that originates constant innovations and differentiates Strategic Management. “We are always seeking to anticipate customer needs to add solutions to our tool. On the other hand, we also observe that they present us with needs that we work on quickly and with a focus on offering a complete solution. These are demands that result from users” assimilation of the software's basic functions, which shows that our tool plays an important role in the management process of the companies we serve," he states.
