Videos explain how the Strategic Management Module software works and management methodologies such as PDCA, BSC, GPD and VBM.
A class in Strategy Execution Platform. Thus can be defined the videos released by Stratec this week, already available online. Those looking for detailed explanations about strategic management software and how to systematize these processes, optimizing resources and time, will find a feast in the series published by the company on its channel on Vimeo and YouTube. Five videos presented by director Guilherme Barbassa, totaling one hour of presentation, are all available for download.
The first video, only three and a half minutes long, provides a brief introduction to Stratec, emphasizing that even though it's an information technology company, its origins stem from a consulting firm focused on management methodologies. Software development arose from recognizing a market need to systematize these processes. Additionally, it offers an introduction to the other videos and presents the company's product portfolio.
The second video, 12 minutes long, breaks down the concept of strategic management, as well as the main methodologies for this practice. The viewer will have the opportunity to learn a bit more about the BSC, GPD, PDCA, and VBM tools.
The third video, the most robust and informative, contextualizes how an organization's strategic planning can be more easily tracked within a tool. In this presentation, the software's screens are shown, as well as its functionalities, allowing the viewer to easily follow the explanations.
Next, in the fourth video, the viewer will be able to see other ways to organize planning functions to facilitate access for people working in the organization's day-to-day operations. How can planning be detailed down to the operational level? These and other questions are clarified in Barbassa's explanation.
The latest video complements the previous one, adding other additional functionalities of the software. How to hold planning follow-up meetings, define visual management, detail planning by location, comparative charts, and many other functions that can be used in the software are shown in approximately 13 minutes of presentation.
According to Natália Lima, communication and marketing analyst at Stratec, this video series was made for everyone interested in learning more about how the Strategic Management Module software works. According to her, as the company operates throughout Brazil, it's sometimes complicated to make in-person presentations across the country. “The video can serve as this initial contact between the potential client and the tool,” she explains. The analyst also adds that because it's virtually available, interest in the software can happen more spontaneously, starting from the client. “Sometimes, people don't even know they can rely on a tool like this to make their daily lives easier. The video will provide prior knowledge for the interested party, for them to then make a personal and deeper contact with the salesperson,” she clarifies.
According to Natália, interested business people and professionals in strategic management can expect more videos to come. “Shortly, our clients will have the possibility of requesting software training via video, in addition to the software service,” she reveals. Mysteriously, she says she cannot give more details on the subject yet, but comments that Stratec always seeks to make managers' lives easier and that, for this reason, videos may become increasingly important allies.
