Users of Stratec's Strategic Management software have gained a new feature in its latest version for data entry. In addition to the person responsible for the indicator, there will now be a data entry role that allows another person to input the actual values for an item, whether it be a project, indicator, objective, or parameter.
Previously, the software worked by assigning the data entry function solely to the item owner. However, this owner often lacks sufficient time for this task, and there are also other individuals involved in those goals.
The flexibility of this option makes the work more efficient and reduces the risk of pending tasks. This allows for more efficient use of the software. “The change was made with the routine of managers and other employees in mind, who need support to deal with the software in their day-to-day lives and frequently input data. It will now be simpler to update this data when you assign this function to a specific person. Outdated values will appear in the pending tasks of the data entry person only, not the responsible party,” added Neidson Silva, head of support and homologation.
