Following successful implementations of the Stratec software in public institutions, the company decided to take an important step in publicizing its work. A book will be released where Stratec will share its learnings regarding the unique experience of implementing the strategic management module of the STRATEC CORPORATE GOVERNANCE suite in the Brazilian Labor Justice system, involving all regional and superior courts.
“The material will contain relevant information about strategic management and the challenge of implementing such an initiative in a large public institution like the Court. The objective of the book is, above all, to share this unique experience we are having in implementing our software in all Labor Courts of Justice in Brazil,” said Guilherme, the company's director.
The book will be launched by the end of the year and will include content such as: strategic management methodologies, a historical review of the topic, and the application of these concepts in Labor Courts as a case study.
The book aims to better convey this success story by addressing topics such as the relationship between IT planning, the practice of strategic management in courts, and its integration with project and process management methodologies. It also covers the benefits of automating this practice and using software, as well as accounts from people involved in the project. This effort combines the knowledge of Stratec consultants and the academic field, with the participation of USP professors.
With this global view of strategic planning in the Labor Justice system, Stratec hopes to contribute to the maturity of strategic management practices in public institutions and also in other companies.
