Hospitals that serve the SUS can acquire the Strategic Management software license free of charge, paying only for implementation and support
Following the successful implementation of the Strategic Management Module at GRAACC, the Support Group for Adolescents and Children with Cancer, Stratec is launching a campaign to assist other hospitals that serve the Unified Health System – SUS. The company, which has just launched its first social responsibility project, is willing to waive the software license fees to effectively contribute to improving healthcare management in the country.
It is known that today, the organizations that stand out in the healthcare market or other sectors are those that have strategic planning as their guiding principle. In this way, it is possible to optimize hospital care and increase the operational capacity to offer treatment to more people.
The Strategic Management software enables the systematization of strategic planning, facilitating the monitoring of corporate objectives, projects, and goals, all the way down to the operational level. The effective management of human, financial, and material resources in a hospital are fundamental to ensuring effective and quality treatment for many patients, potentially saving many lives.
Supported by the PDCA method, the software enables replanning when necessary and promotes a results-oriented management culture, performance transparency, and alignment of the entire team, from the executive board to operations. It is easily adjustable to the specificities of each organization and adapts to the model and maturity level of the strategic management currently practiced. Furthermore, as it is a fully online and user-friendly system, it reduces the natural resistance generated during the implementation of a results-oriented management methodology, minimizing the bureaucracy and workload associated with its application.
In the case of a hospital that relies on donations or public funds, having transparent and organized management is a matter of survival. The institution receiving the funds is held accountable for the performance of how that investment is applied, and conveying security to the “investors” is undoubtedly paramount to ensuring the stability of capital inflow and the sustainability of the business. Furthermore, by strategically managing the hospital's materials, staff, and projects, the institution avoids losses and waste, improves the quality of care and work within the institution, and can establish growth targets, planning gradually to achieve them.
To participate in the campaign, interested hospitals must fill out the contact form on the Stratec website by the 31/08/13 and await contact from the company's sales department. Candidates may subsequently be evaluated for philanthropic characteristics to determine whether or not they receive the license exemption benefit. Benefiting hospitals will receive a%% discount on the software license fee and will only pay a symbolic amount for monthly system maintenance.
