Progress of Stratec software implementation at the Labor Court of Justice
The first phase of the Stratec software implementation project at the Labor Court of Justice was completed in August. This first phase consisted of training the administrator users of the software from all units and involved 117 people distributed throughout the country.
These administrative users are the strategic management experts for each TRT and are also responsible for governance and IT for each TRT. “We are pleased with the progress of this initial data entry phase into the system, as it generated several points for reflection and definition, which are essential for us to make the necessary adjustments for the next stage, regarding the periodicity, breakdown, and responsibility of indicators and goals, as well as the choice of functionalities to be used,” reported Renata Mafra, Coordinator of Strategic Management of the Regional Labor Court of the 10th Region.
The project aims to implement strategic management software in all units of the Labor Court of Justice spread throughout Brazil, totaling 24 regional courts. With the first phase of training completed, the project enters its final phase and expects that by the end of November all courts will have been trained to use the tool.
Claúdio Bastos, one of those in charge of the project, reports that the people involved are very interested in implementing the software, which will complement the strategic management consulting they have received. “Strategic planning in theory is one thing; implementing this management through a tool that assists in this implementation greatly contributes to more effective results,” he said.
The next step in the project is to start a software implementation pilot in Brasília. More information about the project will be published in the future.
