Identify your company's maturity level, get to know Stratec's management diagnosis.
To identify opportunities for improvement within an organization, an assessment is necessary to perceive areas that require changes. Aiming to foster this reflection within companies, Stratec launched the “Management Diagnosis,” available for free on its website, to help organizations think about the efficiency of their processes and their strategic management as a whole.
The initiative came from Guilherme Barbassa, director of Stratec, who wanted to map out the market, assessing the maturity level of organizations in the current market. “The diagnosis will provide an overview of the maturity level of the organization's strategic management and some more specific tips on which points can be worked on in strategic management. In each question, we are evaluating a topic and the maturity level of this topic,” explains Barbassa.
Natália Lima, a marketing analyst at Stratec, says the diagnosis will help many managers identify potential bottlenecks that are often not easily noticed by the company. “The opportunity to rethink the company, the way of managing, how to develop new strategies to contribute to business growth, are some of the diagnostic's reflection points,” she says.
O diagnóstico é 100% online e para utilizá-lo, basta preencher um questionário que aborda questões como planejamento para daqui a cinco anos, ambiente externo e interno, cenários possíveis, a prática de gestão já existente na empresa, planejamento orçamentário, entre outros assuntos. Depois de enviado o diagnóstico, a pessoa recebe um email com a análise de suas respostas. As respostas são analisadas por um consultor da Stratec.
“While each person individually receives answers about their business, we want to outline the degree of maturity of organizations regarding strategic management in the market and map where companies need improvement,” says Barbassa. According to the director, as soon as the information from the first 100 organizations is compiled, the panorama will be published on the website.
Natália believes that completing the diagnosis will primarily lead to the identification of weak points, enabling companies to recognize their needs for improvements, systematization, and optimization of strategic management to ensure effective results.
