A typical example of working with partners was the implementation of Strategic Management software at Brascabos, an electrical cable manufacturing company with units in Rio Claro and Manaus, carried out through one of our consulting partnerships.

The strategic planning measurement was automated by the Stratec system through various color indicators (green, yellow, red, and blue) and in several presentation formats such as cascade charts, deviation charts, bubble charts, pie charts, and results matrices.
