The 6th edition of the Global Risk Meeting takes place on September 12th, in the capital of Ceará. The event aims to study and debate around risk management in the corporate context. This year’s specific theme is “risk management and internal controls”. Two hundred representatives from the 500 largest companies in the country will be gathered, focusing on the importance of identifying and addressing possible risks in minimizing impacts on corporate management.

The first edition of the Global Risk Meeting was held in 2005. The annual meeting deals with topics such as: Business Continuity, Corporate Governance, Information Security, Crisis Management, among others. The fundamental objective of the Global Risk Meeting is to debate with Brazilian executives the concepts of Risk and Business Resilience, seeking practices that help strategic management.
