Stratec always seeks to be in touch with the needs of its software users to detect opportunities for improvement and constantly improve its products. One of the recently detected needs was to create an agenda for meetings to monitor the company's results within the software itself.
A company or public body, in general, has a sequence of results monitoring meetings that range from the operational level, with the area coordinator and his team, to management and board meetings. Normally the chronological sequence of meetings starts close to the operation and over the organization's hierarchy until reaching the strategy critical analysis meetings that take place at the organization's highest management level.
To support this scheduling, we created in the Strategic Management software the possibility of recording meetings, with start date, end date, location, agenda and participants. Those invited to the meeting can receive an invitation to block the time in their personal calendars and with a reminder alerting them that the meeting is approaching. Meetings also appear on each guest's individual to-do screen. There is also space to record the minutes of each meeting and record who actually participated.
