Los dashboards se han vuelto m\u00e1s sofisticados, las herramientas m\u00e1s potentes y los reportes m\u00e1s frecuentes. Aun as\u00ed, la toma de decisiones sigue siendo lenta.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto ocurre porque muchos indicadores se centran en mostrar lo que ya sucedi\u00f3: resultados consolidados, variaciones acumuladas o desviaciones que ya no pueden corregirse.
