En este sentido, la metodolog\u00eda OKR se ha convertido en la preferida por las empresas. Esto se debe tambi\u00e9n a su sencillez, f\u00e1cil comprensi\u00f3n y adaptabilidad a cualquier tipo o nivel de organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, he observado un cierto grado de obsesi\u00f3n por el uso de los OKR en peque\u00f1as, medianas y grandes empresas. Por supuesto, no estoy en contra del uso de OKRs, pero cuando aplicas una metodolog\u00eda s\u00f3lo porque es popular, corres el riesgo de poner en peligro el buen funcionamiento de tu estrategia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trabajar con OKRs es sin duda atractivo, pero hay que tener cierto cuidado. Hay acciones frecuentes que acaban distrayendo del verdadero prop\u00f3sito de los OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El prop\u00f3sito de los OKR es crear alineaci\u00f3n dentro de la empresa. El objetivo es que los equipos comprendan c\u00f3mo pueden contribuir a alcanzar los objetivos de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A pesar de ello, el uso de los OKR para la gesti\u00f3n del rendimiento de los equipos y el desarrollo individual se hace a menudo de forma incorrecta - lo explicar\u00e9 en detalle a continuaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Utilizar una metodolog\u00eda \u00e1gil como los OKR para gestionar el rendimiento de un equipo significa que el enfoque en el desarrollo de competencias para lograr los resultados propuestos tiene prioridad sobre el enfoque en la consecuci\u00f3n de resultados. Esto suele ocurrir cuando se intenta implantar OKR estrat\u00e9gicos, t\u00e1cticos y operativos simult\u00e1neamente, sin madurez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para empezar a implantar los OKR en su empresa, le sugiero que comience por la etapa que denominamos definici\u00f3n del modelo de alcance de los objetivos estrat\u00e9gicos, t\u00e1cticos y operativos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un objetivo estrat\u00e9gico suele necesitar un plazo m\u00e1s largo que un objetivo t\u00e1ctico. Recomiendo que los OKR estrat\u00e9gicos tengan una escala temporal de hasta 1 a\u00f1o, mientras que los OKR t\u00e1cticos son trimestrales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto a los OKR operativos, una vez m\u00e1s, mi sugerencia es la siguiente: no te recomiendo que los pongas en pr\u00e1ctica si acabas de empezar. La raz\u00f3n es que, en el caso de los OKR operativos, estamos hablando de gesti\u00f3n de personas, donde el liderazgo debe ser muy activo en el desarrollo de las competencias del equipo. Si est\u00e1s empezando, descuidar\u00e1s lo principal: obtener resultados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si eres directivo, utilizar la tecnolog\u00eda en este proceso es esencial para explicar las cifras de tu operaci\u00f3n a la alta direcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>He aqu\u00ed algunos puntos adicionales a tener en cuenta:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Los OKR no son una herramienta de gesti\u00f3n del rendimiento. Son un marco de fijaci\u00f3n y alineaci\u00f3n de objetivos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilizar los OKR para la gesti\u00f3n del rendimiento individual puede llevar a centrarse en los objetivos a corto plazo y los logros personales, en lugar de en los objetivos a largo plazo y la colaboraci\u00f3n en equipo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Los OKR pueden medir el progreso hacia los objetivos, pero no deben utilizarse como \u00fanica medida del rendimiento individual.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Existen otras herramientas y m\u00e9todos m\u00e1s adecuados para la gesti\u00f3n del rendimiento individual, como las evaluaciones del rendimiento, el feedback de 360 grados y el coaching.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Si est\u00e1 considerando utilizar los OKR para la gesti\u00f3n del rendimiento individual, le animo a que considere detenidamente los riesgos y beneficios potenciales. Es esencial asegurarse de que est\u00e1 utilizando los OKR correctamente y de que est\u00e1n alineados con su estrategia general de gesti\u00f3n del rendimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfTe ha gustado el contenido?
