Por tanto, se vuelve necesario segmentar a la audiencia para realizar un estudio que permita descubrir y ofrecer exactamente lo que esta necesita y espera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, de nada sirve conocer a sus clientes sin utilizar la creatividad para forjar una marca que destaque por innovadora, que venda soluciones que nadie en el mercado tiene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El posicionamiento de mercado se obtiene a trav\u00e9s de la difusi\u00f3n activa de los productos o servicios para construir una reputaci\u00f3n de marca que ocupe un lugar privilegiado en la mente de los consumidores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al definir una <a aria-label=\" Planificaci\u00f3n Estrat\u00e9gica\" href=\"https:\/\/actiosoftware.com\/es\/blog\/diagnostico-de-gestion-estrategica-como-evaluar-si-su-estrategia-esta-siendo-bien-gestionada\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">estrategia<\/a> de posicionamiento, mostrar\u00e1s la esencia de tu marca, cu\u00e1les objetivos ayudas a alcanzar a su audiencia, y con ello descubrir\u00e1s a fondo el diferencial de tu marca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a1El diferencial es lo que hace grandes a las marcas en el mercado!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y eso es exactamente de lo que vamos a hablar en este art\u00edculo. \u00a1Sigue leyendo!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 invertir en diferenciaci\u00f3n?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfCu\u00e1ntas marcas de bol\u00edgrafos conoces? \u00bfY de esponjas para lavar platos?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Probablemente hayas pensado en varias de ellas, y posiblemente la mayor\u00eda son de lo m\u00e1s populares del mercado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero, \u00bfalguna vez te has detenido a preguntarte por qu\u00e9 recuerdas los bol\u00edgrafos BIC y la esponja Scotch Brite?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Existen cientos de marcas de bol\u00edgrafos y de esponjas para platos, cuyo prop\u00f3sito es el mismo que el de sus respectivos competidores; su producto tiene caracter\u00edsticas muy similares -si no las mismas- a los productos de su categor\u00eda. Es dif\u00edcil diferenciarse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfY por qu\u00e9 algunas personas eligen comprar exclusivamente bol\u00edgrafos y esponjas de estas marcas y no de otras similares?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La respuesta es simple y compleja a la vez: se identifican con los valores de la marca, que son diferentes a los de otras compa\u00f1\u00edas en el mercado. Ni superiores ni inferiores: diferentes. Pero terminan convirti\u00e9ndose en el top of mind de sus consumidores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El factor diferenciador es el conjunto de caracter\u00edsticas (no necesariamente f\u00edsicas) que hacen que la oferta de una empresa y otra no del todo la misma y dif\u00edcilmente se pueda imitar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La diferenciaci\u00f3n debe partir desde la misi\u00f3n de la compa\u00f1\u00eda<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La misi\u00f3n responde a algunas de las preguntas m\u00e1s fundamentales: \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 existe tu empresa? Esta es la parte m\u00e1s importante de la <a aria-label=\" Planificaci\u00f3n Estrat\u00e9gica\" href=\"https:\/\/actiosoftware.com\/es\/blog\/deseo-de-proposito\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">prop\u00f3sito<\/a> Esta es la parte m\u00e1s importante de <a aria-label=\" Planificaci\u00f3n Estrat\u00e9gica\" href=\"https:\/\/actiosoftware.com\/es\/blog\/planificacion-estrategica-y-defectuosa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">planificaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica<\/a> de un negocio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para definir la misi\u00f3n de su empresa, es interesante responder tres preguntas b\u00e1sicas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 existe la empresa?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bfQu\u00e9 hace la empresa?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bfPara qui\u00e9n?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La misi\u00f3n de una empresa se puede resumir en un p\u00e1rrafo, una l\u00ednea o incluso en unas cuantas palabras. Es indispensable para lograrlo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Que sea original y refleje la personalidad de tu marca de manera genuina;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Que no pierda vigencia con el tiempo;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Que sea memorable. Por lo tanto, cuanto m\u00e1s simple y objetivo, mejor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Debes hacer que la gente entienda por qu\u00e9 haces lo que haces.
