Viviendo en entornos altamente urbanizados, los millennials presenciaron una de las mayores revoluciones en la historia de la humanidad: Internet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00f3mo los Millennials impactan a las organizaciones y c\u00f3mo actuar.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Existen varios aspectos de la gesti\u00f3n que se ven afectados por los nuevos valores laborales de la generaci\u00f3n Millennial. Eche un vistazo a algunos de ellos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Est\u00e1n dispuestos a solicitar opiniones y consejos, sin preocuparse de que los dem\u00e1s sepan que tienen un problema o que hay algo que no entienden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La generaci\u00f3n Millennials, sin embargo, busca a otros miembros del equipo e incluso colegas fuera del lugar de trabajo para obtener la informaci\u00f3n, respuestas y la ayuda que necesitan. Son expertos en aplicaciones de mensajer\u00eda instant\u00e1nea y no les preocupa la ortograf\u00eda perfecta, la estructura de las frases, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las organizaciones tradicionales y estructuradas que no hicieron las <a href=\"https:\/\/actiosoftware.com\/es\/blog\/como-la-transformacion-digital-golpea-a-las-grandes-empresas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" Planificaci\u00f3n Estrat\u00e9gica\">transformaciones digitales<\/a> adecuadas pueden encontrar esto extra\u00f1o, despu\u00e9s de todo, est\u00e1n acostumbradas a informes de progreso formalizados, hojas de c\u00e1lculo de Excel y cosas por el estilo. Los Millennials est\u00e1n mucho m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de eso. Si una organizaci\u00f3n pretende retener el talento de esta generaci\u00f3n, por lo tanto, debe adoptar estos nuevos espacios de comunicaci\u00f3n y formas de comunicarse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Equilibrio entre el trabajo y la vida social<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La generaci\u00f3n Millennial est\u00e1 comprometida con sus proyectos de trabajo. Y la mayor\u00eda de la generaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 dispuesta a trabajar durante horas de trabajo no tradicionales, siempre que tengan tiempo para otras prioridades. Su objetivo es cumplir con los requisitos de los proyectos, pero de acuerdo con su propia programaci\u00f3n, y ser evaluados en base a la finalizaci\u00f3n de los mismos y no de acuerdo con el tiempo dedicado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Existen algunas caracter\u00edsticas que marcan la personalidad de esta generaci\u00f3n y representan el diferencial de este tipo de profesional:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Diversidad<\/strong> Los millennials son m\u00e1s abiertos a la diversidad que cualquier otra generaci\u00f3n, y saben de la importancia de tratar con diferentes tipos de opiniones en una empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Innovaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> ellos son la generaci\u00f3n que m\u00e1s abraza la tecnolog\u00eda, y intenta solucionar problemas a trav\u00e9s de la innovaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Emprendimiento<\/strong> ellos no dudan en buscar oportunidades de progreso, y tampoco temen asumir riesgos calculados. Por ello, muchos desean tener sus propias empresas y construir sus propios negocios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Adaptable<\/strong> acostumbrados con los cambios r\u00e1pidos generados por la tecnolog\u00eda, los millennials son profesionales flexibles y adaptables a los cambios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Colaborativo<\/strong> la colaboraci\u00f3n es el paradigma econ\u00f3mico emergente, y esta generaci\u00f3n reconoce la importancia de compartir recursos, tiempo e ideas;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo que los millennials ense\u00f1an es que las organizaciones, ya sean grandes o peque\u00f1as, necesitan tener Prop\u00f3sito en sus negocios, si quieren prosperar.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusi\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Las organizaciones que no hagan transformaciones digitales, y no adopten un nuevo cambio mental de c\u00f3mo el trabajo de proyecto debe ocurrir, acabar\u00e1n quedando muy atr\u00e1s de sus competidores en lo que respecta a crecimiento e innovaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La generaci\u00f3n Millennial est\u00e1 asumiendo la fuerza laboral, y sus exigencias por un ambiente con un ritmo de trabajo totalmente diferente no pueden ser ignoradas. Por lo tanto, no habr\u00e1 espacio para las empresas que no se adapten a las tendencias de compras y patrones de comportamiento de ese
