Sin embargo, es com\u00fan que esto suene muy subjetivo o et\u00e9reo a los o\u00eddos de los colaboradores. Sabemos que la junta quiere crecimiento y eso es genial. \u00bfPero c\u00f3mo? La falta de conexi\u00f3n entre los dos extremos a menudo desmotiva al equipo, y est\u00e1 estrechamente ligada a la ausencia de objetivos claros y de \u201cresultados clave\u201d compartidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y una de las formas de evitar este peligroso desajuste es la implementaci\u00f3n de la metodolog\u00eda OKR Objetivos y Resultados Clave (en ingl\u00e9s  Objectives and Key Results).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los beneficios de OKR son diversos y extremadamente impactantes en la gesti\u00f3n de las empresas. Es importante conocerlos para saber m\u00e1s efectivamente c\u00f3mo los OKRs pueden ayudar a resolver sus problemas de manejo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfCu\u00e1les son los beneficios de la metodolog\u00eda OKR y c\u00f3mo incorporarla?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En primer lugar, es necesario entender que los OKRs deben ser parte de la identidad de la empresa, en forma de una cultura de comunicaci\u00f3n y de compartir objetivos interrelacionados, que pueden ser alcanzados individual o colectivamente. Esto significa llevar los objetivos macro de la empresa (es decir, su estrategia) a los empleados a trav\u00e9s de metas y resultados claros. La iniciativa permitir\u00e1 a cada profesional comprender su \u00e1mbito de trabajo y as\u00ed dirigir sus esfuerzos sin malgastar energ\u00eda en lo que no importa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La gesti\u00f3n objetiva de los OKRs tiende a aumentar la <a href=\"https:\/\/actiosoftware.com\/es\/blog\/como-mejorar-la-productividad-de-tu-empresa-en-2019\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" Planificaci\u00f3n Estrat\u00e9gica\">productividad<\/a> y a reducir en gran medida el tan temido estr\u00e9s en el ambiente de trabajo. Es decir, el empleado se sentir\u00e1 motivado para trabajar con objetivos claros y resultados tangibles en un tiempo estipulado (no m\u00e1s de una cuarta parte). Al producir m\u00e1s, la autoestima del empleado aumenta y el ambiente de trabajo se vuelve m\u00e1s ligero y feliz. En otras palabras, es una ecuaci\u00f3n en la que todos ganan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Poner en pr\u00e1ctica los OKR para lograr los objetivos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Puede tener una lista de objetivos (OKRs), que pueden ser de la empresa, del equipo y tambi\u00e9n individuales. Cada objetivo se establece para un cuarto. Para cada objetivo se obtienen resultados clave mensurables. Debe ordenar los KRs (Key Results) en orden de dificultad \u2013 de los m\u00e1s f\u00e1ciles a los m\u00e1s dif\u00edciles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para cada resultado clave, tiene un indicador de progreso, que puede ser, por ejemplo, una nota de 0 a 10 o una escala de porcentaje de 0-100%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Crear un sistema de gesti\u00f3n para tener un equipo motivado<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El primer paso es controlar el rendimiento de cada uno de los profesionales de su equipo. Para lograrlo, es esencial establecer un sistema de gesti\u00f3n bien definido. De esta manera, ser\u00e1 posible hacer un seguimiento de las demandas, corregir los errores frecuentes y evaluar los resultados obtenidos. Esta es una manera de demostrarle a cada miembro de su equipo que:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Las tareas se est\u00e1n llevando a cabo correctamente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Los errores se pueden corregir con peque\u00f1os cambios.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La participaci\u00f3n de cada persona es importante para la sinergia del grupo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed, todos se sentir\u00e1n parte de un sistema y, en consecuencia, podr\u00e1n percibir su valor dentro de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Concluyendo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Para que puedas mantener el equipo \u201cencendido\u201d, puede hacer una matriz que represente el per\u00edodo de 3 meses. Divides el mes en semanas y cada semana que pasa hace una historia de lo que se logr\u00f3 con el indicador de progreso.
