Sin embargo, medir el desempe\u00f1o de un equipo no siempre es tan f\u00e1cil.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 10.0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; mso-fareast-font-family: Verdana; mso-bidi-font-family: Verdana;\">Existen factores subjetivos involucrados en una evaluaci\u00f3n de rendimiento que no est\u00e9 pautada en datos concretos. La percepci\u00f3n de un gestor o colega de trabajo puede interferir en el correcto an\u00e1lisis de la evoluci\u00f3n de un profesional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 10.0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; mso-fareast-font-family: Verdana; mso-bidi-font-family: Verdana;\">Es aqu\u00ed donde la tecnolog\u00eda entra como una gran aliada. En primer lugar, registrando las habilidades iniciales de cada miembro de la organizaci\u00f3n, su formaci\u00f3n, capacidades y actitudes.
