El \u00e9xito de las organizaciones est\u00e1 relacionado con la capacidad de transformar su estrategia competitiva en resultados por medio del capital humano.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es fundamental realizar el <strong>alineamiento de los ejecutivos<\/strong> y de los dem\u00e1s colaboradores con la <strong>estrategia de organizaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, con el objetivo de garantizar el suceso del negocio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A tal fin, la estrategia debe ser detallada a un nivel t\u00e1ctico, a trav\u00e9s de un plan de acci\u00f3n e iniciativas de proyectos, para que todos los conozcan los resultados que se espera de ellos (entregas) y que sea posible habilitarlos conforme a lo planeado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A partir de entonces, surgen cuestiones que tambi\u00e9n deber\u00e1n ser evaluadas y orientadas:<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bfCu\u00e1l herramienta de tecnolog\u00eda ser\u00e1 utilizada para la Gesti\u00f3n Estrat\u00e9gica?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tu empresa utiliza actualmente alg\u00fan software de gesti\u00f3n de personas? \u00bfC\u00f3mo tu empresa garantiza la calidad de las informaciones generadas? Tener un software espec\u00edfico para la gesti\u00f3n del desempe\u00f1o individual hace que sea posible el control y el an\u00e1lisis de los programas de participaci\u00f3n de resultados en todos los niveles de gesti\u00f3n de la empresa. Los participantes pueden hacer un seguimiento de sus bonuses y que es lo que impide que \u00e9stos sean mayores, indicando la transparencia en las acciones y divisi\u00f3n de resultados.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo asegurar que los colaboradores est\u00e9n plenamente alineados a los objetivos estrat\u00e9gicos de la organizaci\u00f3n?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es importante resaltar que la remuneraci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica es un modelo de compensaci\u00f3n conectado al desarrollo del negocio, donde los colaboradores reciben una remuneraci\u00f3n extra por su contribuci\u00f3n para el \u00e9xito de la organizaci\u00f3n. De esta manera, para tener \u00e9xito, el sistema de remuneraci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica debe ser pautado en criterios claros, o lo menos subjetivo posible.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo se despliega la estrategia en indicadores de desempe\u00f1o, metas y proyectos?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los indicadores de desempe\u00f1o son esenciales para acompa\u00f1ar la dedicaci\u00f3n de cada colaborador y su colaboraci\u00f3n para el \u00e9xito de la empresa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Ve tambi\u00e9n nuestro material educativo sobre los indicadores de procesos<\/em><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo realizar el seguimiento de los resultados y corregir los desvios a tiempo?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bfTu empresa asigna un equipo para el monitoreo de los resultados? \u00bfC\u00f3mo se hace el seguimiento de eso por la Alta Administraci\u00f3n? Las metas est\u00e1n relacionadas a los n\u00fameros, y las m\u00e9tricas a criterios que garantizan la calidad de sus productos\/servicios. Sin embargo, antes de adoptar la meritocracia, la empresa debe considerar los conceptos hist\u00f3ricos y culturales a los cuales est\u00e1 adherida. El concepto de m\u00e9rito varia mucho de un lugar a otro.
