Entretanto, 59% de los l\u00edderes no reconocen la importancia de la cultura organizacional para logar resultados en un entorno empresarial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para salvar esta brecha entre las necesidades y la comprensi\u00f3n de la importancia de la cultura organizacional orientada a los resultados, todos deben estar dispuestos a cambiar y construir juntos una cultura alto desempe\u00f1o.
