Esto quiere decir que entre m\u00e1s involucrados con el trabajo, los colaboradores son m\u00e1s productivos. Pero para involucrarlos y comprometerlos, es necesario ir m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las pol\u00edticas b\u00e1sicas de gesti\u00f3n de personas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es por esta raz\u00f3n que varias empresas han adoptado la <strong>participaci\u00f3n en los lucros y en los resultados (PLR)<\/strong> como una estrategia para valorizar su p\u00fablico interno y con eso obtener el tan buscado compromiso. No obstante, un programa de participaci\u00f3n en los lucros no puede ser lanzado al azar, debe estar alineado a la estrategia de la empresa y contribuir para que logre sus objetivos de negocio.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">La gesti\u00f3n de personas como un factor de competitividad<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No es ning\u00fan secreto para cualquier empresa que el capital intelectual es el activo m\u00e1s importante para un negocio. Atraer y retener talentos, calificar su equipo para que tenga un buen desempe\u00f1o, invertir en incentivos que hagan que estas personas realmente se involucren y comprometan con la empresa es fundamental para que garantices el \u00e9xito de tu emprendimiento. Al no estar sujeta al impuesto sobre la renta ni a otros grav\u00e1menes, resulta m\u00e1s ventajosa tanto para la empresa como para los trabajadores que un peque\u00f1o aumento salarial cada a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ofreciendo la participaci\u00f3n en los lucros, la empresa genera el involucramiento que busca, reduce costos con gastos laborales, atrae y retiene los talentos y con eso, aumenta su competitividad en el mercado.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por qu\u00e9 la participaci\u00f3n en los lucros es ventajosa<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como ya dijimos, una de las grandes ventajas de la PLR es <strong>la no incidencia de tributos<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, basta con que la empresa registre el deseo de compartir los lucros con sus colaboradores en el Contrato Colectivo de Trabajo y listo. No existe ninguna burocracia para que este incentivo sea implementado en la empresa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el momento de la contrataci\u00f3n, la empresa puede destacar este beneficio para los candidatos, atrayendo profesionales m\u00e1s calificados y con eso construir un equipo s\u00f3lido y comprometido con los resultados organizacionales.
