Cuando el cambio es grande, \u00bfc\u00f3mo puede el consultor dejar un legado tangible para la organizaci\u00f3n? \u00a1Es lo que veremos en los pr\u00f3ximos p\u00e1rrafos!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-colocando-a-consultoria-em-numeros\">Poniendo la consultor\u00eda en n\u00fameros<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Quien ya est\u00e1 hace mucho tiempo en el \u00e1rea, sabe que no es funci\u00f3n del consultor tomar decisiones, sino asesorar a sus clientes para que ellos puedan aplicar las propuestas y los planes de consultor\u00eda de la mejor manera posible.
