Re\u00fane a las personas y expl\u00edcales cu\u00e1l es el objetivo de la empresa, cu\u00e1l es tu papel como consultor y qu\u00e9 mejoras aportar\u00e1n estos cambios, como la reducci\u00f3n del retrabajo, una mayor productividad, m\u00e1s eficiencia en la producci\u00f3n, una mejora en la atenci\u00f3n al cliente, la renovaci\u00f3n de la tecnolog\u00eda utilizada por la empresa, etc.<\/p>\n<h3>Calma los \u00e1nimos<\/h3>\n<p>Uno de los factores que m\u00e1s impacta en el momento del cambio es el miedo a despidos, reajustes organizacionales, cambio de jefaturas o cualquier otra consecuencia que impacte en las relaciones. En el momento de explicar los beneficios del cambio, aprovecha para tranquilizar los \u00e1nimos.
