Cuando se aplican correctamente, los criterios y fundamentos pueden traer innumerables beneficios a la organizaci\u00f3n. En este art\u00edculo destacaremos dos criterios de extrema relevancia: <strong>liderazgo y estrategias y planes<\/strong> y reflexionar c\u00f3mo se relacionan para ampliar los resultados de la empresa.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan Paulo Orti, consultor de gesti\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica de Totem Talentos \u2013 socio de Stratec, el criterio <strong>liderazgo<\/strong> es fundamental en cualquier modelo de gesti\u00f3n y en el caso del MEG toma una importancia bien acentuada pues, para tener un modelo de excelencia es preciso cosechar lo que hay de mejor en las personas y esto solo es posible por la instituci\u00f3n del liderazgo y la adhesi\u00f3n firme y continua en el modelo elegido. \u00c9l cita los autores Nonaka y Takeuchi que dicen que \u201cla excelencia de gesti\u00f3n solo es posible con el compromiso y constancia de prop\u00f3sitos del liderazgo y la adhesi\u00f3n voluntaria de los colaboradores, ofreciendo los mejores conocimientos a las empresas por su envolvimiento con los prop\u00f3sitos de la organizaci\u00f3n y por el respeto que de ella recibe\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Al mismo tiempo, los modelos de excelencia implican en necesariamente realizar buenos <strong>planes y estrategias<\/strong> pues, quien dirige una organizaci\u00f3n de manera improvisada incurre en muchos errores y pone a toda la organizaci\u00f3n en riesgos importantes. \u201cPlanificar es fundamental para garantizar que lo planeado y las estrategias posteriormente establecidas se cumplan.
