Si este punto no es tomado en consideraci\u00f3n y no es bien planeado, la estrategia, que deber\u00eda ser el nuevo enfoque, pasa a ser apenas una manera m\u00e1s \u201ccolorida\u201d de realizar las actividades. Para que la gesti\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica haga diferencia en la empresa, es preciso estar abierto a cambios estructurales y prepararse para que esos cambios sean parte de la nueva cultura organizacional.<\/p>\n<p>Priscila Nogueira, directora de alianzas estrat\u00e9gicas de Stratec afirma que ninguna estrategia puede ser bien sucedida si la organizaci\u00f3n no est\u00e1 preparada para implementarla. Adem\u00e1s, otro punto com\u00fan en las empresas es que muchas estrategias que podr\u00edan ser ganadoras, no salen del papel por dificultad de hacer la organizaci\u00f3n movilizarse en torno de la misma.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl reposicionamiento estrat\u00e9gico para ser diferente requiere cambios significativos en la forma de ver el negocio y el mercado\u201d, dice C\u00e1ssio Ramos, de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.qualytool.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Qualytool Grupo Consultor<\/a>. Segundo ele, mudan\u00e7as internas que t\u00eam in\u00edcio na base estrat\u00e9gica e cultural da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Priscila cree que obtener resultados en entornos dif\u00edciles y complejos es cada vez m\u00e1s la rutina de las organizaciones. Si la implementaci\u00f3n de la nueva estrategia prev\u00e9 un cambio en la forma de trabajar de la organizaci\u00f3n (sistemas, procesos, competencias), el cambio cultural deber\u00e1 ser contemplado como un elemento fundamental para el logro del \u00e9xito. \u201cLos cambios culturales fallidos generan el descr\u00e9dito de los liderazgos, apat\u00eda organizacional, alto costo y una posici\u00f3n competitiva d\u00e9bil\u201d, advierte.<\/p>\n<p>Ramos, cuenta que el discurso hoy de las empresas que quieren sobrevivir en el mercado es que ellas tienen que tener uno o m\u00e1s diferenciales en su producto\/servicio. \u201cSi ellas quieren sobrevivir apenas, estoy de acuerdo\u201d, bromea. \u00c9l explica que si la empresa quiere crecer y volverse referencia, el diferencial apenas no es suficiente, es preciso planificar y gestionar estrat\u00e9gicamente. \u201cEn verdad, gran parte de los diferenciales que se insertan en los productos son creencias de algunas personas de la empresa y no son tan importantes para el consumidor o cliente final. Si forzamos en lo que realmente importa al cliente y mejoramos significativamente estos atributos, habr\u00e1 un gran cambio en el negocio y en los resultados\u201d, dice. Sin embargo, \u00e9l alerta que este tipo de cambio no es f\u00e1cil, pues mueve la cultura, los procesos y la imagen de la empresa.<\/p>\n<p>Pero, \u00bfc\u00f3mo obtener los cambios culturales necesarios para la implementaci\u00f3n de la estrategia? \u00bfO c\u00f3mo implementar la estrategia y generar el cambio cultural necesario? Es lo que pregunta Priscila. \u201c\u00bfQu\u00e9 viene primero? \u00bfO el huevo y la gallina nacen juntos? En este caso, s\u00ed. Una buena estrategia debe dejar claro para todos los colaboradores cu\u00e1l es el destino del viaje. Tambi\u00e9n debe poseer planes claros de implementaci\u00f3n. Estrategia sin planes no alcanza todos los niveles de la organizaci\u00f3n, las personas no saben c\u00f3mo colaborar para obtenerla. Sin saber c\u00f3mo colaborar, no se movilizar\u00e1n. Si no se movilizan, no se comprometer\u00e1n\u201d, resalta.<\/p>\n<p>Priscila agrega adem\u00e1s que la satisfacci\u00f3n de los colaboradores proviene del logro de las metas. El compromiso inicial, obtenido a trav\u00e9s del desaf\u00edo, la transparencia, la claridad de prop\u00f3sitos, el soporte al desempe\u00f1o a trav\u00e9s de coaching y entrenamiento, el refuerzo positivo de los liderazgos, se refuerza cuando las metas son alcanzadas. \u201cPara eso, son necesarios buenos planes de acci\u00f3n, seguidos con disciplina. Ning\u00fan truco de magia, solo gesti\u00f3n\u201d, bromea.<\/p>\n<p>El hecho es que la gesti\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica exitosa requiere y proporciona cambios culturales. Las empresas que est\u00e9n mejor preparadas para enfrentar tal situaci\u00f3n, con certeza saldr\u00e1n adelante en el mercado. \u201cSin esto, la estrategia ser\u00e1 solo un plano de buenas intenciones\u201d, advierte Priscila.<\/p>\n<p>Para facilitar la adaptaci\u00f3n de los colaboradores de la organizaci\u00f3n al nuevo modelo de gesti\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica, es importante contar con un sistema que organice la informaci\u00f3n y facilite el seguimiento de los indicadores y planes de acci\u00f3n.
