Pero se habla poco del impacto de las empresas en las personas, principalmente en las que trabajan para la organizaci\u00f3n. El estr\u00e9s, la presi\u00f3n por resultados, la excesiva carga horaria, todo esto contribuye a generar un cuadro de estr\u00e9s en los colaboradores, devolviendo personas enfermas a la sociedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan una investigaci\u00f3n del Colegio Oficial de Psic\u00f3logos de Madrid, publicada por el psic\u00f3logo y asesor de recursos humanos estadounidense Kenneth Nowack, los empleados que trabajan bajo las \u00f3rdenes de jefes \u201cemocionalmente\u201d inteligentes demuestran ser m\u00e1s eficientes, producen m\u00e1s y gozan de mejor salud que los empleados que est\u00e1n bajo la jerarqu\u00eda de jefes mandones, quienes pueden aumentar los riesgos de que sus empleados sufran de hipertensi\u00f3n o ataques card\u00edacos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan Guilherme Barbassa, director de Stratec, las empresas contratan personas sanas en la sociedad y devuelven personas enfermas, tanto en el aspecto psicol\u00f3gico, con enfermedades depresivas, como en el aspecto f\u00edsico. \u201cDe tanta presi\u00f3n que reciben para generar resultados, las personas se vuelven neur\u00f3ticas, con baja calidad de vida. Y cuando esa persona ya no est\u00e1 productiva, la empresa devuelve a la persona a la sociedad mucho peor de lo que la encontr\u00f3. Y la sociedad tendr\u00e1 que asumir los costos de la recuperaci\u00f3n de esa persona enferma. Est\u00e1n generando una \u2018contaminaci\u00f3n humana\u2019\u201d, afirma. Barbassa a\u00fan provoca diciendo que cuando se mira el balance de la empresa, esos datos no aparecen porque la empresa no considera ese factor. \u201cPero deber\u00eda aparecer porque est\u00e1 generando un costo para la sociedad y para la empresa. El estr\u00e9s es solo el primer s\u00edntoma\u201d, alerta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Priscila Nogueira, directora de alianzas estrat\u00e9gicas de Stratec, ya ha cambiado de empresa al identificar que estaba siendo perjudicada en su salud mental y f\u00edsica. \u201cYo pas\u00e9 por esto, ya opt\u00e9 por salir en funci\u00f3n de estr\u00e9s. Muchas metas y resultados para ser entregados, sin adecuaci\u00f3n del equipo. No hab\u00eda negociaci\u00f3n de plazos. El enfoque en resultados no inclu\u00eda la evaluaci\u00f3n del bienestar personal\u201d, cuenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan Priscila, la situaci\u00f3n es clara: algunas metas no son susceptibles de ser alcanzadas sin inversi\u00f3n o aumento de gastos o dentro del plazo propuesto. Sin embargo, al no ser alcanzadas, la empresa no quiere saber los motivos del incumplimiento, simplemente culpa a los due\u00f1os de las metas no cumplidas. Y estos son despedidos de la organizaci\u00f3n o hostilizados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Priscila afirma adem\u00e1s que muchas personas se sienten, como mucho demandadas, m\u00e1s valoradas, cuando en realidad no es una cuesti\u00f3n de valoraci\u00f3n. \u201cSobrecargar a una persona con m\u00e1s actividades de las que pueda desarrollar con calidad y responsabilidad no es valoraci\u00f3n, es solo sobrecarga. El desaf\u00edo debe estar en la creatividad de las soluciones presentadas, en la diversidad de tareas, en la gesti\u00f3n integradora de personas, no en la cantidad de cosas para entregar al final del d\u00eda\u201d, afirma.<br>Ahora, Nowack llama la atenci\u00f3n sobre el hecho de que \u201clos empleados expuestos a un estr\u00e9s prolongado causan m\u00e1s bajas a las empresas y son menos productivos en la cultura organizacional\u201d. Estudios cient\u00edficos sugieren que hay un aumento de 67% de riesgo de enfermedad card\u00edaca coronaria entre empleados que trabajan 11 horas o m\u00e1s al d\u00eda en comparaci\u00f3n con aquellos que se dedican por siete a ocho horas diarias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Barbassa afirma que Stratec es una empresa que cuida su cultura organizativa y adopta pr\u00e1cticas como el Home Office y la flexibilidad horaria, precisamente para evitar el estr\u00e9s, ya que los empleados pueden conciliar sus necesidades personales con las profesionales, adem\u00e1s de poder pasar m\u00e1s tiempo con sus familias, eliminando factores de estr\u00e9s como el tr\u00e1fico. \u201cEn la empresa intentamos satisfacer las necesidades espec\u00edficas de nuestros empleados sin crear un entorno estresante, competitivo o insalubre. Apostamos por una estructura horizontal en la que haya mucha apertura para que la gente haga sugerencias, contribuya y se sienta parte del \u00e9xito de la empresa\u201d, afirma. Barbassa tambi\u00e9n dice que Stratec organiza reuniones peri\u00f3dicas para sus empleados en lugares agradables como Costa do Sau\u00edpe, por ejemplo. \u201cLo interesante es que, incluso adoptando estas pr\u00e1cticas, hemos conseguido una productividad muy superior a la media del mercado. La productividad del segmento ronda los 150 a 250 mil reales por persona y la nuestra supera los 300\u201d, celebra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es importante resaltar que el estr\u00e9s debe ser evaluado individualmente, ya que la percepci\u00f3n de las situaciones de estr\u00e9s difieren de individuo a individuo en la cultura organizacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
