El tema es abordado por un reportaje del Portal HSM, que escuch\u00f3 a expertos en gesti\u00f3n y defiende que las empresas mantengan su enfoque, invirtiendo en la flexibilizaci\u00f3n de estrategias y desarrollando la capacidad de atender simult\u00e1neamente a p\u00fablicos diversificados.<\/p>\n<p>El consultor Leonardo Toscano es uno de los entrevistados en el art\u00edculo y cree que, especialmente en el sector de prestaci\u00f3n de servicios, los cambios en el modelo est\u00e1ndar son necesarios para aumentar la cantidad de contratos cerrados. El experto propone una f\u00f3rmula b\u00e1sica a seguir para diversificar sin perder el foco: \u201cLa empresa debe mantener una estandarizaci\u00f3n del orden del 70%\u201d, afirma Toscano en la entrevista a HSM.Com.<\/p>\n<p>Los 30% restantes, en opini\u00f3n del especialista, sirven de margen para definir par\u00e1metros espec\u00edficos que ser\u00e1n incluidos en el modelo de negocio, teniendo en cuenta la atenci\u00f3n de un contrato o mercado en particular. Toscano aconseja adem\u00e1s que, a la hora de diversificar, las empresas utilicen servicios externalizados como garant\u00eda de mantenimiento del *core business* de su modelo original de negocios.<\/p>\n<p>Para el analista de proyectos Igor Mascarenhas, tambi\u00e9n consultado por el reportaje, ese porcentaje dedicado a los nuevos modelos debe enfocarse en el cliente y no en el producto. Es decir, las empresas que buscan atender las necesidades de mercados o p\u00fablicos diferenciados deben cambiar el modelo de la oferta que rodea al nicho a alcanzar y no los productos y servicios en s\u00ed. Las directrices de la estrategia inicial, como metas y est\u00e1ndares, costos y gesti\u00f3n de personal, deben mantenerse.<\/p>\n<p>Como ejemplo, Mascarenhas cita las ventas en l\u00ednea, cuyo p\u00fablico tiene un perfil diferente al del comprador en tiendas f\u00edsicas. En este caso, cambian, por ejemplo, las inversiones en log\u00edstica e infraestructura; pero el modelo de venta debe prevalecer en ambos canales, seg\u00fan orienta el especialista.<\/p>\n<p>Con
