En esta l\u00ednea, buscamos un interesante texto disponible por Tiago Trevisani, en el blog de O\u00b4Think, una empresa de consultor\u00eda asociada a Stratec.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEn Brasil, he visto que existen varias iniciativas para implementar y ampliar las actuaciones de grupos de mejora basados en algunas metodolog\u00edas como: PDCA, Seis Sigma, Manufactura Esbelta, entre otras. Estas iniciativas en muchos casos tienen resultados por el esfuerzo del equipo y el empe\u00f1o en cambiar la cultura de la organizaci\u00f3n donde se est\u00e1 implementando. Para ello es necesario un gran arraigo de la cultura de innovaci\u00f3n y mejora continua desde la operaci\u00f3n hasta el consejo\/presidencia.<\/p>\n<p>Particip\u00e9 en proyectos que se basaron en la mejora de procesos provenientes de grupos de mejora y esto result\u00f3 en econom\u00edas del orden de 20 millones de reales en 3 a\u00f1os de proyectos con 60 grupos de mejora enfocados en la reducci\u00f3n de costos, aumento de productividad y mejora de la calidad.<\/p>\n<p>Realic\u00e9 una investigaci\u00f3n con 50 ejecutivos de empresas de diversos segmentos y tama\u00f1os para obtener una visi\u00f3n m\u00e1s general de c\u00f3mo est\u00e1 el uso de estos grupos en Brasil. Mostr\u00f3 que el 64% las organizaciones que los ejecutivos gestionan, utilizan actualmente o ya han utilizado estos grupos de mejora continua para corregir problemas de forma m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida y eficaz. Otro punto relevante visto en esta investigaci\u00f3n fue que el 100% % de los ejecutivos cree que premiar a los integrantes de los grupos ayuda a impulsar los resultados que se pueden obtener con la adopci\u00f3n de esta cultura.<\/p>\n<p>Normalmente hay tres tipos b\u00e1sicos de premiaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p>Dinero;<br \/>\nReconocimiento;<br \/>\n\u2013 Premios (viajes, electrodom\u00e9sticos, entre otros).<\/p>\n<p>El hecho de que la premiaci\u00f3n de los grupos no sea solo en dinero puede explicarse a trav\u00e9s de la Teor\u00eda de la jerarqu\u00eda de necesidades de Abraham Maslow, tambi\u00e9n conocida como la pir\u00e1mide de Maslow. El ser humano tiene una necesidad de autorrealizaci\u00f3n y autoestima que es intr\u00ednseca a nuestra naturaleza y est\u00e1 un escal\u00f3n por encima del dinero (fisiol\u00f3gica, seguridad y social).<\/p>\n<p>Entonces, considerando todo este contexto de grupos de mejora continua es posible enumerar algunos factores cr\u00edticos de \u00e9xito:<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Participaci\u00f3n efectiva de la alta direcci\u00f3n;<br \/>\n- Entrenamiento pr\u00e1ctico en el uso de metodolog\u00eda de mejora (Seis Sigma, PDCA, entre otros);<br \/>\n\u2013 Seguimiento formal de manera peri\u00f3dica del progreso hecho por el grupo (dificultades; lecciones aprendidas);<br \/>\n\u2013 Reconocimiento de los buenos resultados alcanzados por los grupos.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo tanto, si a\u00fan no ha tenido grupos de mejora, quiz\u00e1s haya llegado el momento de pensar en tenerlos, ya que algunos de los beneficios son el aumento de la integraci\u00f3n del equipo y la aceleraci\u00f3n del rendimiento de
