In my opinion, this strategy is wrong.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The debate is usually proposed from the point of view of the leaders to their team. However, with almost two decades of experience in business management, I have learned that for a company to succeed, it is necessary to consider the level of maturity of each employee involved in management and relationship activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If workers are treated in a way that is not in line with their level of maturity, you could run the risk of losing a good employee and, even more so, jeopardize the level of growth of your business.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I believe that feedback is an extremely important tool in the process of transforming professionals. And it is on the basis of these ideals that I recommend you use the 360 Assessment in your company.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The model has an important feature, which is that it takes into account not only the opinion of leaders, but also the biases of subordinates, colleagues and the employee in question. In addition, companies often include suppliers and customers in the assessment.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With a more precise analysis of their performance on the job, workers tend to feel more motivated and also improve their weaknesses and invest in their personal and professional development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the situations I see happening with a certain degree of recurrence in company management is the failure of the people department to assign an employee to the right department for their profile. Sometimes, the carelessness of not being able to fulfill the tasks requested is not in the professional, but in the management itself.
