Some of them consider their companies have enough financial liquidity to weather any situation that may arise, as if that were all they need to foresee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our management experience shows that companies are increasingly susceptible to losses from unforeseen risks. In a globalized world, the probability of a crisis arising in China, Europe or the U.S. might affect our local business has noticeably increased. A good example of this is the crisis caused by the covid-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Planning requires constant review. For example, in the World Economic Forum\u2019s Global Risk Report 2020 the risk of \u201cinfectious disease\u201d ranked last in the top ten risks in terms of impact and it was not even mentioned in the list of the top 10 risks in terms of probability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Of course, planning is done in pencil and needs constant revision. Take, for example, the World Economic Forum's Global Risk Perception Survey 2019-2020. The risk \"infectious diseases\" was indicated as the 10th risk in the list of the top 10 risks in terms of impact.
