The first step to motivating your team is to clearly establish objectives, after all, how can you demand results from someone who doesn't know exactly what their goals are? The ideal approach is to hold a well-founded initial meeting where objectives are presented directly and objectively, aiming for a comprehensive understanding of the overall scenario. Each employee and team should be thoroughly informed of what is expected of them, leaving no room for doubts, confusion, or misunderstandings, thus aiding them in the pursuit of the established results.<\/p>\n
