This undoubtedly increases the chances of a good relationship, as for organizations as sensitive as startups, time is precious \u2013 and it can mean the difference between the company's continuity or its end.<\/p>\n

2. Having a goal established<\/h2>\n

When we lack clarity on the objective we are pursuing and the desired outcome in our relationship with the startup, this approach tends to fail.<\/p>\n

3. Customization<\/h2>\n

This type of company is looking for a repeatable, scalable business model. Because of this, it typically solves a single problem with excellence, with its focus entirely on what it has set out to tackle, and with a high level of precision in execution.<\/p>\n

4. Seek solutions, not technology<\/h2>\n

Many companies only look for the latest in technological advancements and artificial intelligence. When this happens, they end up not focusing on solving the problem.
\nIt is always good to emphasize that technology is a means, not an end.<\/p>\n

5. Autonomy<\/h2>\n

When a corporation decides to work with startups, it's common for them to want, and even try to control, the entire process. We can't expect startups to adapt to rigid control processes, as, ultimately, this will be detrimental to their innovative nature.<\/p>\n

6. The type of relationship to be established<\/h2>\n

It is fundamental to know the company's strategic objective with its innovation plan before deciding to implement a new or existing model. The choice of what works best will also depend on the company's level of maturity and involvement.<\/p>\n
