OBMC is a strategic management and planning system that generates impactful results, especially in the long term. This is due to the need to re-evaluate the institution's mission and vision and ensure their alignment with the strategy to be adopted, and vice versa.<\/p>\n

This preparation is part of the BSC's implementation and is necessary for the development of executable goals and actions consistent with the institution's reality and its market.<\/p>\n

For all of this to work, the process needs the involvement of collaborators from the most diverse levels. This is because, for example, it is not possible to improve internal processes without taking into account, in practice, all those responsible for them. And this idea applies to the other foundational factors of the BSC.<\/p>\n
