During the planning and execution stages of the consultancy, the client needs to gain perception of the work, just as the strategy needs physical support, something that makes it tangible to the client and with which they can identify the service being provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It's very common to see good projects with well-done plans that end up being shelved. Once the consultant leaves, the planning report isn't implemented in practice, and the blame usually falls on the consultancy. Therefore, having a tool that makes the consultancy tangible is important for both commitment from the organization and its teams, and for an evaluation to be carried out with sound judgment. This way, the client can verify what was actually executed and achieved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Renan Chagas, a strategic planning consultant and director of GrowUp Business Strategy, it is important that during the hiring process, the consultant clearly communicates to the client the project stages, the evolution timeline, and the deliverables for each stage. It is also essential to measure the impacts on the company, whether financial, increased sales, profitability, cost reduction, or other services, and that all of this is recorded in minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-um-sistema-para-apoiar-a-sua-consultoria\">A system to support your consulting<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Strategic Management software is a tool that helps consultants make proposals tangible. After the diagnosis, analyses, syntheses, and planning of measures have been completed, clients can get lost in the implementation and evaluation phases. The second moment is the execution itself, as the client has difficulty visualizing this service, how it will be done and delivered. The software helps in these processes because, through it, the client can perceive the structure of the plan before and after it is implemented. \u201cWhen the software is offered along with the consulting, you start offering a solution and not just a service. This plan will be translated into concrete things,\u201d says Guilherme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chagas also points out some beneficial features of the software, such as meeting templates with pre-programmed presentations, graphical tools, remote usability, and the grouping of information in an information channel.
