In each question, we are evaluating a topic and the maturity level of this topic,\u201d explains Barbassa.<\/p>\n
Nat\u00e1lia Lima, a marketing analyst at Stratec, says the diagnosis will help many managers identify potential bottlenecks that are often not easily noticed by the company. \u201cThe opportunity to rethink the company, the way of managing, how to develop new strategies to contribute to business growth, are some of the diagnostic's reflection points,\u201d she says.<\/p>\n
