The instrument will allow the opening of the market with the public sector by eliminating the need for new tenders by other interested bodies. The price registration was carried out after a bidding process was carried out by Cindacta III, a body linked to the Ministry of Defense and the Air Force Command and responsible for controlling civil and military aviation in the country. The 3rd Integrated Air Defense and Air Traffic Control Center \u2013 Cindacta III \u2013 operates specifically in the Northeast region and an extensive area of \u200b\u200bthe Atlantic Ocean. The approval of the minutes was published by the Official Gazette of the Union on August 12th and is valid for one year.<\/p>\n
Stratec's executive director, Guilherme Barbassa, comments that the purchasing process is one of the main obstacles for private companies to operate in the public sector. The executive director of Stratec understands that the device will allow \u201cStrategic Management\u201d to meet the growth in demand perceived in public institutions. A determining factor in this sense is also the low value recorded for the software. With a price below the market, the partnership will be advantageous for purchasing agencies. \u201cThere is great interest in our software, but there were difficulties in hiring. With the minutes, we have an open path to effectively close the deals.\u201d<\/p>\n
As the minutes were granted by a federal body, participation by institutions at the municipal and state levels is also permitted. And the software methodology is completely suitable for the public sector, as Guilherme Barbassa points out. Stratec already serves clients such as the National Land Transport Agency and the Municipality of Contagem with a record of good results and a high level of satisfaction.<\/p>\n
For all these factors, the estimate is encouraging. According to Stratec's executive director, it is expected to reach around 150 public bodies during the year the minutes are in effect. As a first step, the institutions that can benefit from the software and the people directly involved in strategic management are already being mapped. \u201cWe will also hold events so that the public sector can learn about the tool and have contact with success stories. Companies that already use \u2018Strategic Management\u2019 will show the benefits reaped for their management\u201d, says Barbassa.<\/p>\n
