The subject will be one of the focuses of the lecture by Vicente Falconi, emeritus professor at the Federal University of Minas Gerais and considered one of Brazil's greatest management consultants; with concepts applied in companies the size of AMBEV, Petrobras, Vale, and Usiminas.<\/p>\n<p>According to a report from the HSM portal on the topic, Falconi advocates that the pursuit of greater <a title=\"Good strategy management\" href=\"https:\/\/actiosoftware.com\/a-boa-conducao-da-estrategia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">management efficiency<\/a> must not lose sight of the concept of method. \u201cYou manage to achieve results, and knowing the way, it will be a much better management. The problem is that people use the <a title=\"The path to delivering the strategy\" href=\"https:\/\/actiosoftware.com\/o-caminho-para-entregar-a-estrategia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">management tools<\/a> without using a method and then things get complicated. That's the secret of the story,\u201d he mentions in the HSM.com article.<\/p>\n<p>In Falconi's analysis, before setting a goal, one must have a method to define it. This involves gathering facts and data, cross-referencing, analyzing, and discussing. According to the specialist's view, as expressed in the HSM article, this process leads to the action plan; another crucial stage for the company to achieve expected results, which requires the manager's attention.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe executive proposes an action plan and believes that its mere existence guarantees everything; he will rest, thinking that others will execute the plan. This manager forgets that he has to be on top of people, monitoring action by action, to ensure security,\u201d he warns.<\/p>\n<p>If, after all this work, a positive scenario is painted, with executed goals, the expert's advice is to proceed with standardizing procedures, which includes team training and activity recording.
