According to the \u00c9poca Neg\u00f3cios article, no Brazilian companies are on the global list. As for the TOP 10 in Latin America, Unilever ranks first for the second consecutive year.<\/p>\n<p>Nearly 7,000 executives in leadership positions were surveyed, as reported by \u00c9poca Neg\u00f3cios. With. The article highlights that all company representatives listed in the global TOP 20 affirmed investing in an employee motivation environment. The development of new leaders also emerged as a concern. According to the numbers presented by \u00c9poca Neg\u00f3cios. With, 95% of executives from companies listed among the best guarantee investing time in people development.
