This tool is used for monitoring strategic planning and is considered cutting-edge by the organizational market. \u201cClear lines of accountability are one of our software's key features. In SM, each strategic objective, project, or goal is associated with a responsible party, making it easy to identify who is accountable for the objective and simplifying the tracking of achieved results,\u201d explains Guilherme Barbassa, executive director of Stratec.<\/p>\n<p>Continuing his analysis, Guilherme Barbassa mentions that another interpretation associated with the notion of accountability \u2013 and also fulfilled by \u201cStrategic Management\u201d \u2013 concerns the reliability of data associated with strategic planning and results monitoring. \u201cIn this sense, Stratec's tool eliminates the manual data input process and also allows integration with indicators generated by project tracking software; a convenience for the company's operational routine and the certainty of reliable information,\u201d reinforces the director of Stratec.<\/p>\n<p>One of the main guarantees of information security in GE, as pointed out by Neidson Andrade Silva, a member of Stratec's development and approval team, in addition to the specific determination of login and password, is the linking of this access to user profiles. \u201cWe have, for example, profiles for common users, management, and directors.
