And the entire implementation has been quite satisfactory, with a lot of interaction and support at various stages. We are now in a phase of awareness and creation of a strategic culture throughout the company's context. The next step, with completion expected by September at the latest, is for the tool to be operational and generating data to assist our management,\u201d states Tereza Sanges. For Stratec, the successful partnership with Logum serves to reaffirm the potential of Strategic Management in achieving good results in corporate management. With its implementation in a startup, the tool proves its efficiency in the dynamic of the contemporary business scenario.<\/p>\n
