The program of events organized by Stratec to publicize “Strategic Management” within the public sector begins in the capital of Espírito Santo. On October 5th, the first edition of the Strategic Management Lecture Cycle will take place at the Hotel Bristol, on Praia de Camburi, in Vitória. The public that participates in the cycle is made up of professionals directly involved in strategic planning in public institutions in Espírito Santo.
The program starts at 8:30 am, with the opening and presentation of the event. Afterwards, participants attend the lecture “Strategic Management for Results”, given by Eloisa Souza Fia, from Instituto Innovare, a Stratec partner. After a coffee break, Stratec's executive director, Guilherme Barbassa, gives a presentation of the Strategic Management software. Another Stratec partner in Espírito Santo, Riberto de Barros Araujo, from Primvs Inter Pares, is responsible for presenting a case study, focusing on the benefits of using the software in a concrete example.
