The possibility of importing the follow-up report is the big new feature in version 6.05 of GE
Stratec is constantly updating its Strategic Management software in order to offer its customers an increasingly complete system. Among other new features, version 6.05 of GE will include the possibility of importing the monitoring report. Fields that could previously only be filled in manually can now be imported, making it easier to enter information.
The follow-up report is a document that informs area managers why a certain target has not been achieved. For example, if employee X had an action to be completed in 10 days, after this deadline, if the indicator shows a red light, the system will automatically create a report to be filled in and send a message to the person responsible for the indicator warning that the target has not been met. The employee will then have to give reasons why the target was not met and propose a new one. action plan to be executed in order to reach its target in the next period.
This report can be configured in a personalized way, according to the area's level of collection. Cecília Fagundes, a test analyst at Stratec, explains: "For example, if I have a daily indicator, I can configure the report to be issued for every day that the target is not met, or I can configure the report to be created only after the third time the target has not been met," she says.
According to Cecília, before the change it was only possible to enter the justifications into the system manually. "Now it's possible to import the data automatically, making it easier to import several follow-up reports at once via data import. This saves a lot of time," he says. The file to be imported must be in Excel ".xls" format.
Once the report has been completed, the indicator light will remain red, but with a green ticket above it, signaling that the justifications for that indicator have been submitted.
