Sales of Actio products and services to customers who are not active in the Actio customer base are eligible for the "Capture" incentive payment (201TP3Q*).

Sales of another Actio product or service to an active customer in the base are eligible for the "Capture" incentive payment (20%*).

Selling Actio products together with consulting
Inclusion of Actio product licenses along with Falconi's consulting proposal are eligible for the incentive payment (20%*).

Payment model for incentive sales
CLT
It will be as a bonus paid to a self-employed person, formalizing the payment in an RPA and included in the income report. For these cases, there is a deduction of 22.5% from the value of the RPA, as well as taxation according to the regime.
PJ
The model for the payment of "sales incentives" by Actio to legal entities will be as a paid bonus, via the issuance of an invoice and the incidence of taxation according to the commission agent's company regime.
Rules
- The commission model presented is valid for sales made (implementations carried out) by the Actio company after the Falconi Consultoria team has captured them.
- Commissioning: the incentive rate is 20% on the expected turnover in the first year (according to licenses and services sold). In the event of user expansion within the first year, commission will be paid on the value added for the first year of the original contract.
- The basis for calculating the amount of commission is the value of the sale net of income tax.
- The incentive will be paid to the employee in a single installment, after payment of the first three installments by the client, to be made in the next payment window.
- The commission payment windows will be quarterly.
- Eligibility: Falconi Consultoria employees will be eligible for the incentive.
- Actio is responsible for calculations, administration and payments to Falconi employees eligible for commissions.
- The total amount spent on attracting clients is 20%, which can be divided among the employees who took part in attracting clients to Actio, according to the recommendation of the employee who arranged the meeting between the client and the Actio team.
- Cancellation: If the contract with the client is interrupted / canceled / or the client defaults on payment of the project installments, the company is relieved of responsibility for payment of the incentive.
- In the event of voluntary departure (resignation) before the commission has been paid, the companies will not be responsible for paying the incentive. In the event of involuntary dismissal other than for just cause, the amount will be paid as stipulated.
- This incentive campaign is valid for sales made until December 2024 and can be renewed for 2025 in accordance with the agreement between Actio and Falconi Consultores.
